HKKC pledges to answer simple oral enquiries on the spot. For complicated enquiries please send written enquiries, an acknowledgement will be given within 10 days. A substantive reply will be given within 30 calendar days as far as possible. For complicated cases requiring longer processing time, HKKC would keep you informed of the progress.
